Q: Can i purchase a Pebble Beach voucher elsewhere other than the website?

A: Pebble Beach Vouchers can purchased online, via telephone or in person.

Q: Is there a minimum spend when purchasing a Pebble Beach gift voucher?

A:There is a £15.00 minimum spend when purchasing one of our vouchers.

Q: Is there a limit to how many vouchers can be purchased at one given time?

A: Our customers can purchase as many vouchers as suitable to their needs and requirements.

Q: Is there a maximum spend when purchasing vouchers?

A: There is a maximum spend of £500.00 per monetary voucher, but there is no limit to the amount of vouchers that can be purchased.

Q: Can i have a refund?

A: All Pebble Beach vouchers are non-refundable.

Q: Can i exchange my voucher?

A: All Pebble Beach vouchers are non-exchangeable.

Q: Can i extend my voucher?

A: To extend the validity of your Pebble Beach voucher, kindly send an email request to mail@pebblebeach-uk.com or contact us via telephone on 01425 627777.

Please note that there is a re-validation charge of £10.00 for already expired vouchers.

Q: How long will the gift voucher take to be delivered/arrive?

A: All gift vouchers purchased in person can instantly be printed and presented, and or sent via email as a printable PDF to the email address of the person purchasing or receiving the voucher. ( This service is free of charge)

If you order before 2pm, we will usually despatch the vouchers on the same day for which we give an approximate lead time of three to four working days if you select (Royal Mail First Class - £3.50)

Orders placed after 2pm will usually be dispatched on the next working day. 

If you order before 12 (noon) and request (Royal Mail Special Delivery - £5.00), it will be guaranteed to arrive within 3 working days before 1pm, and will need to be signed for.

These delivery times and prices are only applicable to UK delivery addresses; for delivery addresses outside the UK, please contact our Pebble Beach team by telephone to discuss your requirements.

Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail and if you require the voucher to be delivered by a specific date, we strongly recommend that you select (Specified day delivery - £5.00).

Q: My voucher hasn't arrived, what shall i do?

A: Kindly note that Royal Mail may still deliver an order up to 15 working days from despatch, so please do not call us until 15 days have elapsed.  However, you must let us know no later than 21 days from your order date if your order hasn’t arrived, so that we can investigate.

Q: What is the validation period on my voucher?

A: Our vouchers are valid for 12 months and you must book and take your experience before your voucher expires. 

Q: I have lost my voucher, can i have a replacement?

A: A downloadable and printable copy of the voucher can be re-sent via email to the purchaser's email address only.

Q: Can i amend my order, or send it to a different address?

A: Once your order has been confirmed, we are not able to change any details of the order.  We are also not able to change the delivery address, so please make sure you check all the details carefully before confirming the order as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.

Q: How do i use my voucher?

A: All the information you will need for the use of the voucher can be found in your gift voucher's terms and conditions of use, and unless you are using a monetary gift voucher that can be used towards all our services, you must use the voucher accordingly to its terms and conditions of use.

Please remember that experiences must be booked in advance and are always subject to availability. 

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book as early as possible to ensure that a date is available before the expiry date of your voucher.  Our Afternoon Tea bookings should be booked at least four months in advance due to its popularity. You must have booked and taken your experience before your voucher expires.  We strongly recommend that you don’t make any travel, accommodation or other arrangements until your booking has been made and you’ve received confirmation from us.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the vouchers?

A: All vouchers cannot be partially redeemed, the total amount must be used in its entirety as no change is given, some vouchers will have restrictions on dates and or times available such as Christmas day, New Years Eve or any other special event dates.
